The Rules according to NSW Permit No. LTPS/19/39630

1)   Conditions of entry:

a)   Your project address must be within 120km radius of Newcastle, NSW Australia

b)   You must be ready to commence your project before 30 May 2020

c)    Entrants must be at least 18 years of age

(b) Closing date and time for the receipt of entries in the lottery: 11:59pm Sunday 24th November 2019

(c) Details of the prizes and their value: the prize is one (1) custom-designed new home, extension or renovation up to the value of $10,000 in architectural design services. The prize includes personal consultations with your own dedicated architectural designer, on- site meeting/s, preparation of a detailed design brief, preparation of a 3D CAD model of your land including boundaries and contours and any existing structures, architectural design process from conceptual through developed design stages to produce a 3D model and definitive set/s of drawings for a newly designed home or renovation, tailored to your needs. Phone and email discussions also included, along with professional advice and expertise.

(d) The lottery will be drawn at 69 Cowper Street, Wallsend NSW 2287 on Monday 25th November 2019 at 09:00am.

(e) The prize is to be awarded by phone call and email.

(f) The method for claiming the prize includes confirmation by return email or verbally over the phone. Subsequent to that a mutually suitable meeting time will be arranged to commence the delivery of the prize.

(g) The prize winner will be notified by phone call and email.

(h) The results of the lottery will be published on the facebook page of The Design Hub @buildingdesignhub.
